Is it really free?

Yes 99% of the time. The seller pays his listing agent a commission, who then pays us part of this commission for bringing our buyers and facilitating the transaction.

When can we go look at houses?

The first step of the home buying process is getting pre-approved for a loan. Once we know what you can afford, we can look at as many houses as you want.

How long does it take to buy a home?

The timeline for finding a home varies from person to person. Once you’ve got a firm deal, it usually takes about 30, 60 or 90 days to close (until you can move in). Of course, this closing day can always be negotiated in the contract prior to signing.

What will you be doing for me?

Everything. We will guide you through every part of the home buying process. We will educate and inform you of all your options. We will represent you and negotiate on you behalf.

How much commission do you charge?

Every agent will have their own commission structure since every transaction will differ in terms of price and services needed. It is important to note that it is industry standard to offer the buyer’s agent roughly 2.5% of the overall commission. Be sure to discuss the details of commissions with your realtor.

Are there any upfront costs?

There are no upfront costs for our services. Your lawyer forwards us our part of the commission once the house closes. We do not cover renovation, staging or inspection costs.

How long will it take to sell my home?

It depends on your home and the market. It could be a day, it would be a week or it could be never. We’ll go through some statistics once we sit down to have a chat. Getting everything up and running takes about a week and a half.

Closing dates (the day when ownership changes hands and you need to move out) are negotiated prior to signing. You’ll most likely be looking at roughly 30, 60 or 90 days.

What will you be doing for me?

Everything. We will guide you through every part of the home selling process. We will educate and inform you of all your options. We will represent you and negotiate on you behalf. When real estate markets are in balance or there is a decent supply of homes you need every edge you can get when selling real estate.

What sets us apart?

Response Time

Emotions are high and you need an answer in real time. You'll be amazed at how fast we get back to you. Usually within a few minutes.

We're Organized

Sometimes we sell over 160 new homes in a weekend (the record is 213). You can expect exceptional service if we only need to focus on one property.

Experience

We've been around since 1950. We know the ins and outs of the business. If we're not experts in the subject, we'll get help from one of our trusted partners.

Technology

We love tech and we're constantly testing new products that will help us communicate and work for efficiently.

Clean and modern taste

We're big on clean, minimalist and modern looks. It reflects in our website, our marketing materials and the properties we hand pick to show you. No one likes a 1970s countertop.

We're Established

We're financially stable and well diversified. This allows us to fight for the best deal rather than accept the first one that comes across our desk.
