Do I need to prepay?

No. We will pay the home inspector directly.

Can I choose the home inspector?

Yes! You may use any home inspector you’d like.

What do you mean by co-op fee?

When you buy a home, there is no direct cost for our services. The listing agent will forward us our share of the commission on closing. There are some very rare occasions where the listing brokerage does not offer a cooperation fee. In this case we are unable to offer our promotion.
